On occasions we have specials or promotions we would like share with our clients. These specials may be gifts you receive when you book a particular service or advance notice of up coming promotions.

Cancellations:

We do require 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments otherwise a late cancellation fee of 25% of the original price will incur.

When you book an appointment with us, unlike other salons we set that time and stylist aside JUST FOR YOU. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked.

We in turn will reduce your service cost by 25% if we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness etc).... After all, it's only fair that we do for you what we would ask you to do for us.

Our Guarantee:

We always strive to exceed your expectations and offer you the “wow” factor. If you are not completely happy with the service we will gladly refund your money or completely redo the service – the choice is yours. Simply let us know within 7 days, complete our :( sad form & decide what we can do to make you :) happy. Your feedback allows us to grow and improve.
